Let's go one step further: biodegradable packaging

We act conscientiously in all aspects of our production and recycling plays a fundamental role in our waste management. For example, all internally used boxes and plastics are reused. When these boxes and plastics are no longer usable, they are compacted separately in special presses and are managed by a specialist company which recycles them and remanufactures them into new boxes and new plastic products.

But our action goes much further. For the manufacturing of our bottles, stoppers, caps, seals, etc., we are implementing the use of biodegradable plastics that will naturally decompose in the environment. Even the small offcuts produced during the bottle manufacturing process are shredded and reused to minimise any type of waste.

In line with our efforts to reduce our environmental footprint, we are proud to have recycled 1,865,015.93 kg of cardboard, packaging, glass and other recyclable materials in Spain during 2019, according to data provided by Ecoembes. We are committed to continuing to work in this direction to minimise our environmental impact and foster a more sustainable world.
